My method of sync is weird, I usually have the characters speak before you hear them to match speed of light vs speed of sound. Also I do it because I only have 24 frames per second to work with and with cartoons like these characters talk fast, so I have them talk early to fight all the words, and it doesn’t always work.

It's cool that you made a gif of Hoss rating this 5 stars, but the BGM is too quiet, there's not enough sound effects and the animation is way too slow, especially when it was intended to be 20 seconds at most.

It also lacks colour or detail, which isn't bad in itself, but makes the already long and quiet video uninteresting to look at.

You're right music volume is really low.
I didn't realized that so thanks for reminding me :)
It hapened because my headphones are broken,I was doing this at night and i was trying to not wake up my family.
I hope that now it's beter with louder music.
